successSURE’s titles are practical, time saving documents available for your personal use immediately. The documents are created and delivered in various Microsoft Office formats – Word, PowerPoint and Excel. They are delivered as instantly purchasable and downloadable documents that can be edited, changed and modified to suit your own purposes.

Customers can create their own portfolio of titles that match their working and professional requirements. These are saved in your own ‘My Documents’ folder. You can amend these tools to suit your requirements or use them just as they are delivered to your mailbox.

What is the ‘My Documents’ tab?

The ‘My Documents’ tab, which is visible once you have logged into service, is the folder where all the products that you have purchased are stored. In effect it is your collection of titles. On the ‘My Documents’ screen you can see icons and indicators to take you to the titles that you have purchased along with any information about any updates that the authors have made to them since you purchased the document. Upon purchase, documents are instantly placed in the ‘My Documents’ folder.

How much information do you want from me to register?

You will understand that, as an online service, successSURE.com needs to collect a certain amount of information in order to deliver on its promises. However, we only collect the information that we need to ensure that you get what you want and we get paid what we're due.

Do I have to pay to open an account to use the service?

No money is required to open an account – opening your account is FREE. Simply register with an email address and password and ‘pay as you go’. A company name and telephone number also helps us to be proactive on customer services issues, if we notice a problem.

How do you judge the quality of an authors work?

Quality is of great importance along with a title’s relevance and originality. We have an editorial team drawn from people with experience in practical management, business schools and publishing to help us not only assure the quality of the content but also that it is written in a way which is most practically helpful.

Can anyone be an author?
