How successSURE Works…

successSURE is really easy to use. All you need to know is that we organize documents at two levels – categories and titles. Categories are displayed on the home page and each category contains a number of Titles. You can see these titles by clicking on a Category link.

A title may have a variation. For example, a main title and a presentation variation based upon the main title. You can see an example of this in the ‘Managing Change’ category for the title ‘How to roll out a change initiative’ by Nick Whale.

Any title may be purchased as a PDF file or a MS Office file. The advantage of the MS Office files is that you can customize the contents for your own use. For example, you could customize a training course into your corporate identity.

You can get more details about a title by clicking on the ‘look inside’ link and the ‘author name’ link next to a title.

To purchase a selected title, click on your selected currency and go to your shopping basket. You will them be transferred to the secure Worldpay credit card payment system.

Once your payment has been accepted you can then view and/or download your purchased titles from the ‘My documents’ area.

At any time in the future, simply click on the ‘My documents’ tab once you have logged in to see all the products that you have purchased. You can access your previously purchased documents from any Internet-connected computer in the world.
